Downgrading from php8.0 to PHP7.4

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install php7.4
sudo apt-get install php7.4-cli php7.4-common php7.4-json php7.4-opcache php7.4-mysql php7.4- 
mbstring  php7.4-zip php7.4-fpm php7.4-intl php7.4-simplexml

sudo a2dismod php8.0
